Methods of Payment
We accept cash payment only.
Deposit & Refund Policy
A £5 - £10 deposit is required for any treatment bookings (non-refundable).
We do not offer refunds on any completed services or any products purchased from us.
Your right to cancel
At least 24 hours notice is requested if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
How to cancel or change your appointment:
Cancellations should be made by calling us on 07972 745221. If you are cancelling outside of normal salon operating hours - you may cancel by email at email@example.com but this should be followed up by telephone during salon operating hours. If you have an email address registered with us, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
Wedding make-up may be booked upto your wedding day, with a 50% non refundable deposit.
You may book one free consultation to discuss your bridal make-up and the service offered with trial charges applicable.
Deposits and final payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure any wedding make-up, which must be paid at the time of the trial (non refundable).
Your right to cancel or change
You reserve the right to cancel your wedding day make-up with 20 days notice prior to your wedding day (non refundable deposit).
If you wish to change the time of your make-up trial, standard cancellation terms apply.
Our right to cancel
If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-arrange where possible. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone - where possible.
We reserve the right to:
Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website
Change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions and the prices have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.
We accept cash and card payments. The prices of all services and products are set out on this website.
Refunds and Exchange
Services: We do not offer refunds for any completed services.
Products: We do not offer refund or exchange for any products bought from us.
You agree to keep your personal record held by the salon updated with your full contact details - which will enable us to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments. Where possible, please provide both landline and mobile telephone numbers.
No smoking is allowed in the salon or treatment rooms.
In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off for the full duration of your time at the salon.
Please understand that we cannot accommodate for children under 12 - unless supervised by an adult during your treatment.
No pets are allowed accept guide dogs.
We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.
